I am profoundly deaf, and have spent most of my life pretending to be able to hear and try to fit in. If we're in a crowded place or anywhere with background noise, I will likely not be able to hear you easily or well. It took meeting another deaf soul mate last year to finally accept this part of myself.

I am an absolute legend. My sister died when I was three, I began pushing my disabled mum around in a wheelchair at the age of 4, my beloved auntie died on my 14th birthday, and my beloved grandmother died 2 weeks before the start of my A-level exams.

I navigated University, an English Literature degree, a Law degree in one year, private practice legal training and over twenty years working as a Planning and Property Solicitor without any hearing support. I am not proud of this - I am baffled by my own brilliance.

I am a feminist, I pivoted in my career and retrained as a life coach whilst still working as a lawyer during the pandemic, I built my own business and I now serve some of the most extraordinary, intelligent and talented female doctors, lawyers and executives around the world.

I am so proud of my two beautiful, brilliant and opinionated daughters, and of my blossoming spirituality outside of the patriarchal church system.

I love inappropriate comedy, not following the rules, and feel a deep affinity with neurodiverse folks who have also had to mask most of their lives.

I believe that power feels vulnerable for us because we have been socialised as women to understand that safety and connection look like being overly responsible, relatable, likable and pleasing. 

My values include authenticity, vulnerability and playfulness. I believe it benefits you when I am more honest and open about my own process. This is not weakness, it is powerful modelling and leadership, because I am fortunate enough to coach some of the most extraordinary women in the world.

I am always the expert and authority of my own experience - and so are you.

I am ready to coach you.
